How does the Facilitator Training work?
Once you join, you’ll get immediate access to the full Empower Me Within training portal.
The program is designed to guide you step-by-step through running your own workshops — with 8 structured modules, done-for-you lesson plans, activities and facilitator resources.
You can move through the content at your own pace, while implementing as you go.

When can I run my first workshop?
You can start as soon as you feel ready. Many women begin planning their first workshop during the training, not after. You’ll have everything you need — including templates, structure and guidance — so you’re not figuring this out alone.
How much can I earn?
This is completely up to you — but here’s what’s possible:
Many facilitators charge $100–$400 per girl
So with just 10 girls in a workshop, that’s $1,000–$4,000 per program.
Run multiple workshops, and this can quickly become a consistent income stream.

Yes — you’ll be supported every step of the way.
