Does your daughter struggle with confidence, anxiety or big emotions?

Confidence, anxiety and big emotions can feel overwhelming for girls – especially as they grow through the tween years. In this 8-week program, your daughter will learn real-life tools to build confidence, understand her emotions, manage anxiety and grow her sense of self-worth.

What she'll learn:

Week 1 – Roaring Resilience (30th July)

What is resilience and how do we bounce back from mistakes and setbacks? This week we’ll explore the power of resilience and how to grow stronger through life’s ups and downs + FUN art & craft!

Week 2 – Soaring Self-Esteem (6th Aug)

We’ll learn the difference between a fixed and growth mindset and how to build strong self-belief. Your daughter will discover what makes her unique and how to value who she is + FUN art & craft!

Week 3 – Warrior Within (13th Aug)

Anxiety and worry are normal – but they don’t have to control us. This week your daughter will learn what anxiety really is, and how to respond with courage, calm and confidence + FUN art & craft!

Week 4 – Brave Bodies (20th Aug)

Our bodies are always sending us signals. This week we’ll learn how to tune into the body’s messages and understand the physical signs of worry, stress and other big emotions + FUN art & craft!

Week 5 – Erupting Emotions (27th Aug)

Emotions can feel big and messy – but they’re also powerful! We’ll explore how to identify, express and manage emotions in healthy ways + FUN art & craft!

Week 6 – Calm Conversations (3rd Sept)

Big feelings often come out in our words. This week we’ll practise how to express ourselves clearly and calmly, set boundaries and communicate with confidence + FUN art & craft!

Week 7 – Attitude of Gratitude (10th Sept)

Gratitude helps shift our focus to what’s good. Your daughter will learn simple ways to practise gratitude and how it supports her emotional wellbeing + FUN art & craft!

Week 8 – Magical Mindfulness (17th Sept)

To wrap up the program, we’ll explore calming techniques and simple mindfulness tools to bring more peace, presence and self-awareness into everyday life + FUN art & craft!

Hi, I'm Angela!

A passionate Empowerment Coach & Youth Mentor and the heart behind Bloom Within. I've been working with tweens & teens since 2014, helping them build confidence, resilience and emotional strength.

Growing up I struggled with self-doubt, low self-confidence and never feeling enough. Now, I'm on a mission to give girls the tools I wish I had. To believe in themselves, handle challenges and bloom in their own unique way.

Through my workshops and 1:1 coaching I help girls bloom from within so they can navigate life with confidence & self-love!
